CNC Glass Cutting

CNC machining excels in controlled slotting, grooving, notching, and profiling of complex geometries in hard-to-machine glass types. This method ensures dimensional repeatability with tolerances as tight as ±0.02 mm.

Waterjet Cutting

Waterjet cutting allows us to process thick or laminated optical glass without introducing thermal stress. This cold-cutting method is perfect for borosilicate, quartz, and coated glasses, offering burr-free results for parts up to 38 mm thick.

Laser Cutting

Our high-speed laser glass cutting systems support ultra-fine cutting paths with minimal edge chipping. Laser processing is ideal for thin optical substrates, AR filters, microfluidic channels, and high-clarity cover glass.

  • Typical edge roughness <1 µm
