Ultra-thin quartz glass discs, also called fused quartz wafers, are precision-engineered substrates made from high-purity silica (SiO₂). Unlike standard glass, quartz offers exceptional UV transparency, thermal stability, and chemical durability, making it ideal for high-tech industries.

With thicknesses ranging from 0.1 mm to 1.0 mm and diameters up to 300 mm, these quartz wafers are widely used in semiconductors, MEMS, microfluidics, optical instruments, and laser systems.
